Job Title: Engineering Manager
Work Location: Guangzhou
Report to: Engineering Director

Responsibilities:
• To support Mfg in day to day process issues.
• To ensure process control procedures are in place for Mfg.
• To work with other Engineering teams to ensure new product, technology transfers are done according to protocols and qualified into mainstream production.
• To lead the subordinators to utilize products process with advanced technics and tolls such as DOE/FMEA/SPC
• To review and approve the engineering documents related.
• To support QA on critical customer visits and take lead role in solving major customer quality issues.
• To lead, support, train and assess the subordinators’ daily work with proper manners
• To implement the quality and environment policy of the company related in line with the requirements from customers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering minimum, post graduate degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years experience in PCB manufacturing with three years management experience preferred.
• Soft skills like conflict resolutions, ability to motivate and lead employees are also part of the pre-requisite for success in this job profile.
• Able to face customers with posture and uphold company professional image.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
• Master of MS tools such as Excel/PPT/Outlook.
