BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
• Responsible for leading the Engineering Department to ensure the technical support for all PCB products lines in Plants.
• Evaluate requirements and direct engineering activities associates with product design, development and modification.
• Recommend and overlook expansion and modernization of manufacturing facilities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop overall engineering strategy and objectives to help ensure the company achieves its overall business objectives.
• Direct design, development and improvement designs for the PCB products.
• Ensure that good or high end technology concepts are used in the development of products.
• Advise on company development strategies.

Leadership & Influence (For managerial level)
• Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Planning and Execution skills.

Education, Qualification and training
• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline

Experience or skills required
• At least 10 years of working experience in PCB field experience in which at least 5 years in management level.

Specialised knowledge or skills required
• PCB field
• Technology research, project scheduling &, controlling

Measurement
• It is measured according to the performance based on the annual objectives set by the department
