BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
-Technical solution for component manufacture, assembly, integration, test, process routings, process instructions, tooling, assembly area layout, jigs & fixtures

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Identify training requirements and setup training matrix
-Technical support-Problem solving, continual improvement, cost reduction, updates products programs in volume production
-Defines and identifies PI/Routing
-Design and technical support for fixture and jigs?
-Research and develops new process and improve process for assigned products
-Implements BOM and ECO in Agile systems for mass production
-Responsible for CI activities in prototyping ,pilot run phase and mass production
-Trouble shooting on line
-Work with sourcing team to develop new supplier

Dimensions / Scope
-Manufacture process for sheet metal products

Interaction / Relationship
-Team work with Engineer, Production, PM and Quality department

Leadership & Influence (For manageriaqil level)
-Education, Qualification and training
-College education and major in mechanics

Experience or skills required
-Three years work experience on sheet metal manufacture, especially metal cabinet
-Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability
-Familiar with sheet metal fabrication process, assembly and integration process
-Stronger communication and team work capability
-Knowledge and experience in telecom communication cabinet’s manufacture
-Familiar with process improvement tools.
-Good at Reading, writing in English.
-Experience in EMS/ISO14001 and ISO9000

Specialised knowledge or skills required
-EMS business knowledge in mechanical;
-Familiar with Pro-e/ACAD

-Goal achievement/KPI;
-Annual performance review
