Responsibilities:
*Assist in the design and development of the key HR initiatives (Job grading, succession
plan Development, Engagement, Organization,)
*Prioritize plans with executive leadership team to achieve optimal results
*Create project plans for these initiatives
*Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistency of application
*Conduct project meetings with agenda, status, follow up, milestone reviews
*Leverage the leadership team and other resources to accomplish the objects of the
initiatives
*Test and pilot as required
*Create communication plans to roll out the plans
*Execute the plans with quality results, within time and budget constraints
*Ensure the final products meet internal customer expectations
*Drive processes and productivity enhancements
*Ensure optimal resources utilization and cost efficacy
*Measure and track results

Requirements:
*Have a bachelor degree majored in HR or administration management
*Be passionate and committed to developing a good relationship with senior leadership team
*Be a self-starter and highly adaptable to a start-up environment being organized and
possesses excellent communication skills
*Ability to deliver quality work on time
*Needs to take initiative, be proactive, good problem solver, can work independently,
good communicator and collaborator
*Have strong project management skills with consultant background
*Ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment
*Have excellent problem solving skills
*Have ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business groups
